Is Orbyt really free?

Yes. The free plan includes 10 active jobs, 100 contacts, 5 resumes, 3 templates, mood check-ins, follow-up reminders, and the browser extension. No credit card and no time limit. Hosted AI is included on every plan, with monthly usage limits on the free plan.

What’s the difference between the plans?

Free is a full tracker with AI built in: 10 active jobs, 100 contacts, and AI with monthly limits per feature (such as 5 AI resume tailors and 5 cover letters a month, plus AI chat). Pro raises those limits substantially with more capacity and full wellness coaching. Ultra adds autonomous agents and semantic search. Unlimited is for power users who bring their own API keys for zero caps.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel with one click in Settings. No phone calls, no hoops. Your access continues through the end of your billing period, then you drop to the free plan. All your data is preserved and exportable.

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you can access it through row-level security. You can export everything at any time. API keys for AI features stay on your device and are never sent to our servers.

Do I need an AI API key?

No. AI is hosted and included on Free, Pro, and Ultra with monthly usage limits and nothing to configure. Free has lighter monthly limits per feature, while Pro and Ultra are much higher. The Unlimited plan is for power users who bring their own API key for zero usage caps and full data sovereignty.

What is a job search tracker?

A job search tracker organizes every application, interview, and follow-up in one place. Orbyt is a full CRM that adds AI resume tailoring, contact management, a financial runway planner, career wellness coaching, and smart reminders so nothing falls through the cracks.

How do I track job applications?

What happens when I hit plan limits?

You can archive items to make room or upgrade for higher limits. Pro and Ultra subscribers can purchase an AI Budget Boost to add extra AI budget instantly. We never delete your data when you reach a limit.
